Yonkers resident Malston Patrick was arrested and arraigned on charges for allegedly sending and exchanging sexually explicit photos and engaging in conversations online with a 16-year-old, including on social media platforms.
It is alleged that Patrick invited and induced the teen to engage in sexual intercourse, deviate sexual intercourse, and sexual contact with him.
Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. said that from June 5 through July 10 last year, Patrick and the teen engaged in a series of “chat” conversations through the Internet.
The teenager made it clear to Patrick that he was 16, Scarpino said. Patrick allegedly depicted or described, with words or images, actual or simulated nudity, sexual conduct, and sadomasochistic abuse.
Patrick allegedly discussed specific sexual acts and exchanged explicit photos between the teenager and himself.
Following his arrest, Patrick was charged with a felony count of disseminating indecent materials to a minor. He appeared in Yonkers City Court through a video conference and is scheduled to appear back in court on Friday, Aug. 7.
